We Believe In The Science of Wellbeing
Well Labs+ was built on a simple belief: real, lasting results come from clinical excellence, not shortcuts. Every practice in our network operates under physician-guided protocols, evidence-based treatment standards, and a culture that treats aesthetics as medicine. That’s what makes us a destination for both patients seeking real results and practice owners who want their clinical standards protected, not diluted, when they partner with us.
The Standard Behind Every Treatment
Growth never comes at the expense of our standards. Every location in the Well Labs+ network is led by credentialed medical professionals and held to the same clinical governance and ongoing provider education, whether it’s our first location or the newest addition to the network. That consistency is what allows personalized care and advanced treatments to work in tandem, and it’s the bar we hold at every stage of growth.
Meet Our Clinical Advisory Committe
Our network draws on physicians and clinicians with deep, hands-on experience across aesthetic, regenerative, and wellness medicine, expertise built over years in the treatment room, not a training weekend. Our Clinical Advisory Committee reviews treatment protocols on an ongoing basis, governs provider training and certification, and audits outcomes across the network, so every location operates to one clinical standard, regardless of size, specialty, or how recently it joined Well Labs+.

Ericka has been a faculty member of the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) since 2011, training physicians and mid-level providers on technique, safety, and application of Botox® Cosmetic, the Juvéderm® Collection of Dermal Fillers, Coolsculpting®, and Kybella®. This allows her to apply the highest level of skill and knowledge when treating our Coolsculpting® and Cooltone® body contouring patients.
These standards aren’t isolated to a few flagship providers, they’re the baseline we hold every location to. Providers like Dr. Gentry, Dr. Petry, and Erica set the tone for how we think about clinical standards across the Well Labs+ network: rigorous training, individualized care, and a refusal to treat any patient as “one size fits all.”
